The three hottest platforms making giant strides in the web space today are Magento, Joomla and WordPress. Almost 80% of business websites are raised on one of these platforms! With said that, it is obvious that the ecommerce platforms stated above have almost conquered 90% of the market. Though they are of diverse nature, their features, functionality, quality, reliability, etc. have made these platforms robust and striking. I know comparing them would be highly improbable as they belong to different genres. But, on analysis, I thought comparing a few similar features would give everyone reading this article some sorts of insight. So, here, I’ve not provided a solution on which one is the best performing platform, rather which would suit your business the most. Here, I’ve compared them in an easiest manner rather than writing a 1000-word article of nice length. Start exploring the comparison of Magento vs. Joomla vs. WordPress and pick the best one of your choice.

I have to disagree that WordPress is ‘Best’ as a CMS Platform. WordPress was constructed from its inception as a ‘BLOGGING’ platform and while it serves this purpose better than any other CMS, it has many flaws, particularly in vulnerabilities that make it far from ‘Best’ in class. I believe that Joomla is a far better product for content management in that it is far more secure, far more powerful in capability and delivery of content and far more versatile in the methodologies to manage content.
