Ajax Cart Pro is a Magento Extension that allows users to add, remove and update products from your Magento eCommerce store in a much easy way, without needing to reload the cart continuously using Ajax pop-up. This Magento module Ajax cart pro extension can be an immediate solution for your customers to continue shopping without waiting for the pages to get refreshed.
It comes with an intuitive design and ready-to-use functionality. This Ajax Add to Cart Magento Extension is compatible with Magento Community edition 1.6 and 1.7. In the front end, when a user clicks on the 'add to cart' button, a pop up will be displayed where the user can edit the quantity for added products by clicking on “Update” link. What is this extension for?
'Ajax Cart Pro' allows users to easily add, remove and update products from your store without reloading the cart continuously using Ajax pop-up. This immediate action will let them to continue shopping without waiting for the pages to refresh.
How does this work ?
When “Add to Cart” button is clicked, the popup will appear with the product added to the cart. In the Pop Up, the user can edit the quantity for added products by clicking on the “Update” link. Likewise, customer can delete the added product from cart without redirecting to cart page. If the user wants to shop more, they can either click continue shopping button or by closing the pop-up. So that the products will be retained same in the ajax cart pop-up. By clicking on “Proceed to checkout” button, the customer will get redirected to Checkout Page. This will skip the Shopping Cart page.
What is the difference between normal cart and ajax cart ?
The ajax cart pro page is not redirected to another page, whereas in normal cart page it is redirected to next page.
Does this work with all types of product types ?

The front end features of this product works well and I feel comfort with this extension. The modules I used previously would take so many pages to add a product to the cart as well I have to do the process from the beginning to update the number of quantity again. The great intrusive thing in my old module is refreshing which takes longer time and occasionally it would struck. Absence of reload option in this Ajax cart extension is a plus. Most of the sites makes the customers annoying by page redirection and because of this they might get rid of it. The wishlist option is a time saving option for users to save their desired products and don't want to search it repeatedly. Wishlist is a ease process to decide the selected items and shop it. The back end features is quite manageable for my admin. Options like shipping, tax and cart option can be enabled if there is a want.

I have purchased Ajax cart pro. During installation of magento checkout cart I faced some problems in magento 1.7. The support team helped me. Though I installed it, I met some problems in managing shipping and tax in Ajax cart. Finally the pop up sidebars also got strucked. I posted my issues to customer support team. They helped in resolving my issues and cleared my queries.
