Hi,

For showing the timer in the product page in your website your have to set the special price, special from date , to date for a product in your admin under Catalog->Manage Products->Select the product->Price tab. Also note that the special price should be less than the original price and the special from, to date should between present and future dates.

Hi,

Kindly note that you have to specify the special price less than product price for product also confirm whether you have chosen the color in your admin under System->Configuration->Apptha->Price Count Down->Timer Color also ensure that the extension files are moved properly inside the default/default theme in your website for showing the timer in product page.

Thanks & regards,
Kumaran

Hi, I have the same issue of it not appearing on the frontend. I am using a custom theme and also have a "log in to see prices" extension.

I have moved the "timer" (app\design\frontend\default\default\template\timer) folder into the custom theme but no joy, do I need to move anything else?

Hi,

Kindly move the below listed files inside your custom theme for showing the timer.

Files :

app\design\frontend\default\default\template\timer
app\design\frontend\default\default\layout\timer.xml
skin\frontend\default\default\timer
