Greetings all!

I'm currently having an issue getting the HD FLV Player to work with our website. We are in desperate need of a consolidated video player. After looking around, this one seems to tick all the boxes.

I've deployed the demo version player on our production Joomla! installation as a try-out before we purchase the full version, but even after following the PDF guide it just doesn't seem to work. I have left all preferences as their default out-of-box setting, so it should work in theory. Our site fulfils all the prerequisites.

When the page loads, the module displays only a white box, with no content inside it. Adobe Flash tells us that the movie has not loaded, so presumably the player.swf file has failed to load, or be called. I had a quick nose through the compiled code that the browser parsed and can't see anything wrong with it.

We're really excited to get a consolidated video player up on our website, so if someone could shed some light on what could be going on here, we would greatly appreciate it.

We checked the URL you have shared but unfortunately it is redirecting us to 404 page not found error. So kindly share us the URL in which you are using the HD FLV player so that we can check and do the needful.

Kindly check whether Adobe Flash Player plugin is installed in your browser. The 'Movie not loaded issue occurs if the required video is not available'.
